NEDO will hold a result meeting for the "Robot and Sensor System Development Project for Infrastructure Maintenance and Disaster Survey" in Tokyo on March 8.

In this meeting, NEDO will introduce the final results of the development of robots that can be used to assist with infrastructure maintenance and disaster response surveillance as part of its "Robot and Sensor System Development Project for Infrastructure Maintenance and Disaster Survey." NEDO launched the project in FY2014. The robots developed as part of the project will be showcased at the meeting as well.

Through this project, NEDO seeks to promote early societal implementation of these robots in applications for infrastructure maintenance and management, as well as in disaster response surveillance.
