"Make in India" is a public policy proposed by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi in September 2014 to encourage foreign direct investment (FDI) to India. The "Make in India Week" event included seminars and exhibitions and was one of the biggest “Make in India” events so far. The NEDO booth featured a panel exhibit focused mainly on NEDO's international energy conservation demonstration projects in India, and NEDO staff explained our efforts to top officials from Indian companies and government agencies.
