NEDO jointly hosted the International Smart Grid Workshop

On March 8th, the International Smart Grid Action Network (ISGAN), Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO) jointly organized the international smart grid workshop in Yokohama city, Japan.

ISGAN is an international networking group and government officials from 25 countries are joining to disseminate smart and clean power grid.

The workshop was aimed at introducing the activities in each country for issues and prospect to further implementation of smart grid and renewable energy. 300 professionals from approximately 30 countries participated and exchanged of views.
