NEDO Participated in the "CeBIT 2017"

From March 20 to March 24, 2017, NEDO participated in "CeBIT 2017", the world's largest IT business conference and exhibition, in Hannover, Germany, where advanced technologies including IoT (Internet of Things), robotics and AI (Artificial Intelligence) were showcased.

At the exhibition booth, NEDO showcased next-generation, state-of-the-art technologies including robotics, AI, and IoT technologies such as sensors and smart devices focused on the theme of "Global Solutions for the Next". NEDO also used presentations to introduce the latest results of technology development from Japanese companies and research organizations, including a presentation on the smart community demonstration that NEDO has been conducting in Germany.

Chancellor of Germany Angela Merkel and Prime Minister of Japan Shinzo Abe visited the presentation space for wearable robotics at NEDO's booth, which drew significant attention.
