対象とする省エネ技術に適応可能なメーカー等を抽出、ヒアリング調査を実施し幅広くビジネスプランについて検討する。このビジネスプランに基づき、エーゲ大学に相応しいZEB化及び省エネ改修の実施計画、技術実証事業の推進体制等を具体化し、実施の可能性評価や実施に当たっての課題を取り纏め、更にフォローアップ事業計画等を策定する。
