和文要約和文要約等以下本編抜粋:1.研究開発の内容および成果等 (1)有機無機ハイブリッド水処理分離膜の研究開発 本研究では、膜素材として耐塩素性に優れるシロキサン架橋化合物を選択し、親水性ビニルモノマーと共重合させる、有機無機ハイブリッドRO膜を設計した。昨年度までに有機無機ハイブリッド膜によって、RO膜としての性能を発現し、さらに耐塩素性評価においても、劣化を加速する金属イオン存在下で、現行ポリアミド膜および酢酸セルロース膜よりも高い耐塩素性を確認している。
英文要約FY2010 Annual Report: 1) Organic-inorganic hybrid membranes: The results are follows: a) an A4-size membrane was successfully fabricated through investigation for the establishment of scale-up method. b) The fabrication process was designed to be compatible with existing polyamide membrane forming process. The obtained A4-size membrane demonstrated the same performance in salt rejection test as a laboratory size membrane. c) We also got the clue to further performance enhancement by achieving the acceleration of the polymerization reaction. We are going to develop proto-type modules in the next fiscal year.: 3) Porous nano-particles/polymer composite membranes for water treatment: The research was carried out on the preparation of porous nano-particles/polymer hollow fibre composite membrane in order to enlarge its membrane area. The formation of composite hollow fibre membranes was confirmed by SEM, EDS, and TAG analyses. The evaluation showed the hollow fibre composite membrane had water productivity as high as NF membrane, and non-porous nano-partiles were not effective. However, the performance of solute removal was reduced according to the addition of a large amount of porous nano-particles. In the next FY, the formation of membranes without gap between polymer and porous nano-particles and the investigation of effective porous nano-particles are going to be conducted for the improvement of membrane performance.
