Objective:Nowadays, while the system of positioning and timing used for car navigation and cell phone deals with meter class positioning accuracy, and applications such as automatic farming, traffic control, and disaster monitoring system needs more accurate centimeter class positioning accuracy. This centimeter class positioning is deeply concerned with various fields of our daily life. Especially, the positioning system of applications for the automatic vehicle driving, construction and civil engineering, surveying, and mapping are necessary to certify the reliability of positioning system. And also, in the case of water level measuring for river or ocean, snowplow on the road, and ship control, increase the demands on centimeter class accuracy positioning capability which available for the real time and wide area. In order to standardize augmentation satellites and user terminals of centimeter class accuracy positioning system, we intend to promote the availability of our system for various related fields and enhance the international competition in our relevant applications.:2. Standardization Effect:The establishment of the all above standard of requirements for augmentation satellites and verification criteria lead to the improvement and enhancement of the related industries such as automatic farming, construction, surveying and others. At the same time, the promotion of price reduction and mass production of receivers is expected to further expand the use of positioning applications. Thus, the effect of this standardization will extremely great on society, economy, and various fields. Unless we establish this standardization, unnecessarily many methods and the lack of compatibility effects on our industrial field will be incurred. Moreover, this deficiency will lead the inconvenience for general users and the failure of steady development of related industries.:3. Conclusion:We regard this standardization activity as a major contribution for satellite navigation system integration, and it is essential to make synergistic effect by cooperating with related activities.
