本研究開発は、「水素製造・輸送・貯蔵システム等技術開発」を対象として、システム技術開発/70MPa 級水素ガス充填対応ステーション機器システム技術に関する研究開発を、(財)石油産業活性化センター(以下PEC)を代表として、東邦瓦斯株式会社、トキコテクノ株式会社、株式会社日立製作所、大陽日酸株式会社、横浜ゴム株式会社、および国立大学法人佐賀大学の7 者の連名により実施している。
平成22 年度は、作成した動的解析モデルを用いたコスト低減型モデルの充填挙動解析、ステーション仕様検討、ならびに水素ステーションでの耐久性検討および実運転時の課題抽出を中心に研究開発を行った。具体的な内容は、以下の通りである。
2. システム技術課題の整理・検討(PEC、東邦瓦斯株式会社)
2-1 イニシャルコスト低減に関する検討(PEC)
2 段直充填システムの最適機器構成に関する検討を、動的解析モデルを用いて開始した。ここで検討にあたっては、蓄圧器容量の小容量化検討だけでなく、配管・バルブに関して、現状技術で製作可能な仕様と、技術開発目標仕様との充填解析を行い、技術開発による充填時間短縮効果に関する解析を行った。
平成21 年度に実施した建設コスト低減検討結果を基に、外構工事、機器基礎工事、建屋工事、電気・計装工事、鉄工工事などの各工程の精査を行い、さらに要素技術開発と連携して、その成果であるスキッド化した機器を設置する事として、水素ステーション全体の建設コスト低減検討を行った。また低コスト型モデルの設計資料(PFD 図、P&ID図、PLOT 図、機器リスト等)をまとめた。

2-1 Study of construction cost reduction activities of 70MPa class Hydrogen refueling station
A dynamic simulation model was developed to estimate refueling time in Hydrogen station. A construction cost was estimated about cost reduction Hydrogen station.
2-2 Verification of operation cost reduction
Evaluation item of periodic check and daily check organized last year had been done continuously.
2-3 Verification of durability enhancement
The amount of filled up examination to one year’s use was conducted. We confirmed a one year period of no maintenance.
3-2 Trial manufacture / verification / evaluation about the dispenser
Propriety on AE method was examined. The applicability of proposed alloys for machining process has been examined.
3-3 Manufacture / verification / evaluation about the Pre-Cool equipment
Suitability of the inspection items were confirmed with yearly maintenace of Pre-Cool equipment.
3-4. Trial manufacture / verification / evaluation about the dispenser hose
The gas leakage from the Dispenser Hose was observed at 70MPa Hydrogen test station.
4-1 Construction of 70MPa hydrogen refueling station system
The safety of the hydrogen station in operation has been confirmed through the daily check and the periodic check.
4-2 Verification and evaluation concerning compressor
Normality of the compressor in operation and a one year period of no maintenance of compressor were confirmed.
4-3 Trial manufacturing, Verification and evaluation of Dispenser
The primary goal on durability was achieved.
Filters and tubings for sampling were installed in the trial dispenser, and the analysis of impurities in Hydrogen gas has been continued.
Problems was found in the safety breakaway coupling.
4-4 Making for traial purposes / verification / evaluation about the Pre-Cool equipment
The initial updated Pre-Cool equipment had no trouble in operation. A new concept Pre-Cool equipment was designed.
It is found that the measured values of the temperature are surely predicted using the numerical software which has been developed and improved by Saga University.
4-5 Development of direct refueling technology
4-5-1 Development of system filled directly from compressor to vehicle
The examination refueled directly from compressor to test container was done. The problem of the logic of refueling system was checked.
Direct refueling via Pre-Cool equipment was confirmed. Dispenser software for direct refueling was developed
4-6 The inspection and evaluation on the durability of the dispenser hose
The root cause of the gas leakage from a Dispenser Hose was investigated.
4-7 Verification, evaluation of valves and piping
The daily checkup had been done continuously.
The information of the investigated valve was gathered.
4-8 Verification, evaluation of Hydrogen vessels
The daily checkup had been done continuously.
The influence of hydrogen to SNCM439s was examined via surveillance test.
5 Summery
Solution to the problems in operation of Hydrogen station were discussed.

Study of material testing method for composite container was carried out.
