(1) (Task 1)P-Plot ビルのPEB(Positive Energy Building)の調査業務
P-Plot のPEB 化に関して、リヨン側との打合せ等により、以下の調査を実施した。
a) 消費エネルギーシミュレーション試算実施
現状分かっているP-Plot ビルの建設規模(階数、延床面積)に対するビルモデルを作成し、消費エネルギーシミュレーションを実施した。ASHRAE の省エネビル基準に基づくベースライン、外気冷房の有無、稼働率考慮の3 パターンを条件とした。
今後、ディベロッパ決定時、さらに詳細設計段階にシミュレーション試算し、PEB 化実現可否を判断する。
英文要約Toshiba has established the basic research policy for this feasibility study through meetings with Grand Lyon during the kick-off on January 2011 and the video conference meeting last February 2011. Toshiba also had meetings with potential French partners (EDF, ERDF, GDF Suez, etc.) and Japanese partners (Sanyo Electric, Mitsubishi Motors Corporation, etc.) to gather information on technologies that are being considered for implementation in this project.
1. Task1 - Design and Construction of a Positive Energy Building(PEB) in Lyon
a) A Simulation of the Energy Consumption in P-Plot Building.
Toshiba performed a simulation of the energy consumption inside P-Plot building using 3 scenarios created based on the ASHRAE Green Building Baseline Design and by controlling factors like the availability of cooling with outside air, rate of operation, etc. Toshiba will proceed to perform a more detailed engineering design and simulation after the selection of the developer of P-plot building in order to study the feasibility of realizing a PEB in Lyon.
b) An Estimation of the Annual Energy Production of P-Plot Building’s PV System
According to Toshiba’s simulations, if see-thru type panels were to be used on the building’s facade, it will be difficult to produce enough energy to make P-Plot a PEB. As such, Toshiba will recommend to Grand Lyon and the 4 candidate developers the use of Highly Efficient PV Crystal Panels on both P-Plot’s roof and facade.
2. Task2 - Towards the Realization of a Zero-Emission Transportation System in Lyon.
a) A Preliminary Investigation on EV Car Sharing Systems
Toshiba is aiming to implement a multi-vendor EV Car sharing system with the use of in-vehicle devices to collect information.
b) A Preliminary Investigation on Establishing an EV Charging Infrastructure
Although the standard for EV rapid charging is yet to be finalized, Toshiba has decided to focus on studying the feasibility of an EV rapid charging station that is based on CHADeMO standard and equipped with batteries to minimize its impact to the electric grid.
c) A Preliminary Investigation on the Installation of Large Scale PV systems and the Corresponding Remote Monitoring System.
Toshiba has narrowed down the possible locations for installing the Large Scale PV to 5 locations. Toshiba will evaluate the feasibility of these 5 locations by focusing on their construction and cost aspects.
3. Task3 - A feasibility study on building an energy auditing system
a) A Preliminary Investigation on Devices that Collect Energy Information
Toshiba has established that “Linky”, part of a French national project, will be used as the smart meter in homes in France. As such, Toshiba is proposing to use an electric recorder device to measure electric consumption in distribution boards.
