ア)磁気異方性トルク発生の実現および磁気回路設計
モータ設計パラメータとして、鉄心では素材選定、構造や配置、励磁条件など多くのパラメータがあるため、各パラメータを最適化するための装置を製作した。図1 に、概略図、図2 に実際に製作した写真を示す。2固定子鉄心、1可動子のリニアタイプで、鉄心素材や空隙の変更が容易であるため、鉄心素材、歯の切り出し方向、空隙などの最適化が容易であり、また、高トルク低損失のための、励磁波形への指針も得られる。今後はこれらのパラメータの最適化を進める予定である。
英文要約 This paper reports an abstract of the half way report of “The research of Inverter Integrated SR Motor purposed for substituting general Induction Machine” which had been investigated from Oct. 2011 to Mar. 2012.
This research involves 4 topics by each research group, each result is summarized as follows.
1. A study of electrical steel sheet with low iron loss and high torque density, Kitakyushu College of Technology.
The proposed motor is composed by the divided electrical steel core, these cores are bonded by the special grew. The B-H characteristics were measured and compared between the divided and the non-divided core, the effect of the division was investigated. Also a measurement system has been developed to obtain the optimized stator parameters such as the teeth width, the gap width and so on.
2. A study of high efficiency driving method of low vibration SR motor, Gifu University.
Some driving methods are compared by the experiments to investigate the high efficiency drive method. As a result a trapezoidal current wave form could get the highest efficiency. Also the total efficiency of the proposed stepped SR motor was measured and almost 90% efficiency was measured. Adding that new 5kW machine has been designed, some models have been compared and investigated.
3. Development of the cluster inverter and SR motor with oriented electrical steel sheet, Shibaura Institute of Technology.
450W SR motor was driven by the proposed current source inverter. The current and voltage wave forms were confirmed that the experimental results were similar with the calculated results. Also the cluster inverter which is used for the asymmetrical H-bridge inverter has been developed, the parameters such as a gate resistance was decided by the experiments.
4. A study of the switching power device for Switched Reluctance Machine drive, Sumitomo Bakelite Co., LTD.
The cluster inverter with the aluminum base plate has been developed and some resin materials have been investigated. The developed material has the good characteristics; better heat spread characteristic and sustain the strain of the resin.
