1-1) EV利用を考慮した充電スタンド内のエネルギーマネジメントを行う EV-EMSの開発
本年度は EV-EMSの以下の要件定義、基本設計及び他システム間のインタフェース仕様の検討を進めた。

(1) R&D of energy management system of an EV charging station with solar panel, which makes use of hybrid battery and photovoltaic power generation together. 1) R&D of the supply and demand balance monitoring control function in the charge stations for using EV: 1-1) Development of EV-EMS performing the energy management in the charge stations for using EV: In this year, I examined algorithm of bi-directional charging plan for EV. I considered using reservations of EV car-sharing, a prediction of photovoltaic power generation and state of battery charge for algorithm. And I examined algorithm of plan controlling the battery. I examined control function of supply and demand balance. 1-2) Examination of specifications and development of the hybrid PCS: In this year, I examined circuit structure and method of the hybrid PCS, control method and algorithm of the hybrid PCS, charging/discharging Li-ion battery with hybrid PCS, and stabilizing against power fluctuation caused by PV generation with hybrid PCS. 1-3) Examinations of specifications and development of intelligent EV charging system, which makes use of hybrid battery and photovoltaic power generation together: In this year, I examined hardware specifications and software specifications of quick charger. And I examined specifications of the quick charger of M vs. N type for Intelligent EV charging system. I examined a power conversion device, a charging converter device, a user operation unit. 2) R&D of charging management technology, which is based on supply and demand balance monitoring control function in the charge stations: In this year, I examined charging station management system and charging controller function. (2) R&D of the EV car-sharing management system with energy management system of an EV charging station with solar panel. 1) R&D of EV Global Data Center for bi-directional charging management system for efficient using battery: In this year, I examined specifications of EV Global Data Center for bi-directional charging management system.
