1 ポリマー/シリコンアルコキシド/超臨界二酸化炭素反応系の検討 (産総研・東京理科大)ポリマー、シリコンアルコキシドおよび二酸化炭素(CO2)の三成分系について、項目(a)高圧相平衡観察を引き続き行った。
英文要約Preparation of polymer-form=silica aerogel nanocomposite for high-performance thermal insulator and its fabrication process were investigated. The following researches were conducted in this financial year:
(1-a) Phase diagram of a silicon alkoxide/CO2/poly(methylmethacrylate)(PMMA)
ternary systems were measured. The phase behavior was successfully correlated.
(2) Forming behavior of the ternary systems was investigated by high pressure visualizing system. The phase separation condition of the ternary systems was similar to that of silicon alkoxide/carbon dioxide binary systems.
(3) Formation mechanism of the nanocomposite structure that silica particles included in foaming cells was examined by batch foaming process.
(4) Continuous fabrication process of the nanocomposite with a polymer extruder was investigated. The nanocomposite showed low thermal conductivity (0.028 -30 W/mK) and good stability to humidified air.
(5) Durability examinations for thermal resistibility and dimensions were performed on polymer-form=silica aerogel nanocomposite. The nanocomposite showed good stability to humidified air.
(6) A new forming gas (HFO-1234ze) was evaluated by foaming test of PMMA by batch process.
