本調査では、欧米のより低い設計係数を採用した技術基準、耐水素性の高い新規材料等を用い、画期的な低コスト化を目指して開発され、既に欧米で実績を伸ばしている「イオニック圧縮機型低コスト水素ステーション技術」を対象に、当該技術を保有するLinde 社と連携し、日本への導入・実証に必要となる国内基準適合(高圧ガス保安法特別認可等)のための必要データや、開発要素や導入効果等を明らかにするとともに、国内にて本ステーションを設置・実証運転を行い、安全性、実用性を検証する。
英文要約Abstract of the project activity on “Study for install of low cost and overseas manufacturing hydrogen refueling station by using ionic liquid type compressor” (FY2011-FY2012) as annual report in 2011FY
In this study, about the low cost hydrogen refueling station technology with the ionic liquid type compressor which has been accepted lower design stress factor in Europe, developed for lower cost effect with materials against hydrogen embitterment, an approach will be clarified to adjust the hydrogen refueling station to a high pressure equipment standard in Japan. And also this system will be tried operating in Japan for verifying a safety issue and a reliability of this system for Japanese market.
This study has been carried out in cooperation with the Research Project on Advanced Hydrogen Science, the Development of Technologies for Hydrogen Production, Delivery, Storage Systems, and the Technical and Social Demonstration of Regional Hydrogen Supply Infrastructure. In FY2011, this research has been clarified the specifications of the compressor, their components and the operating experiences in Europe, the component materials and the design stress factor by some discussions with Linde. Then some specifications have been compared European standard to Japanese standard in order to solve the issues of design stress factor and component materials.
