(1)システム構成

Energy controller manages solar system consist of photovoltaic cell and PCS, storage battery, energy monitoring system consist of smart meter and monitoring device facility, cooperating with traditional building management system and CEMS. BEMS is whole of these systems.This report describes system configuration of BEMS, specification of energy controller, and specification of smart PCS. Main function of energy controller is below. (1) [Generation forecast] forecasts PV generation of 48 hours every 30 minutes based on the weather information and past actual results. (2) [Load forecast] forecasts energy demand (electrical and thermal demand) of 48 hours every 30 minutes based on four calculation method, For accurate forecast ,facilities can be virtually divided into an arbitrary area, and calculation result can be compensated by past actual data. (3) [Optimal operation plan] makes the optimal operation plan of energy equipment of 48 hours every 30 minutes based on calculation result obtained by modeling of energy equipment and optimization algorithm . The objective function can be selected from minimizing emissions of CO2 and minimizing energy cost. (4) [Demand response] manages energy demand in response to CEMS request based on supply condition in entire community, or in response to BEMS request in itself for energy saving by customer action using energy monitoring system. Smart PCS contribute this third function of energy controller. Smart PCS has function to realize optimal operation plan of storage battery by charge and discharge control of the storage battery with battery controller.
