平成24年度に実施する大電流通電を検証するためのモデル変圧器の設計諸元を評価した。二次巻線は、これまでの技術成果である素線間電流分流率を均一化できる24素線の多層並列転位巻線構造とした。モデル変圧器の仕様は、容量(単相)1,150kVA、定格電圧(実効値)一次6.9kV/二次575V定格電流(同左)一次167A(6層)/二次2,000A(1層)とし、大電流通電の見通しを得た。
英文要約Title: The Engineering developments of superconducting power applications of yttrium based coated conductors (the technical development of HTS power transformers) (FY2008-2012) FY2011 annual report
The 2 kA-class model transformer (1,150 kVA, 6,900 V/575 V, 167 A/ 2,000 A) was designed by the multi-transposed coated conductors for the high current technology. The engineer was a current uniformity between a strand of the transformer coils by 24 stacked wires. The AC loss reduction of the transformer was applied subscribed coated conductors. The model transformer is fabricated by 100 m class long subscribed wires of 3 filaments and measured AC loss at sub-cooled liquid nitrogen temperature (66K). It was almost same result of the design. : The technological development of fault current limiting function was demonstrated by the 400 kVA model transformer. It was made coated conductors added by the stabilizing metal. The measurement result is that the short-current was limited less than 3 times of the rated current after about 0.2 seconds. The high current withstand of the transformer coils was confirmed. : For the establishment of the 2 MVA-class transformer system (3 phase 66 kV/6.9 kV, 17.5A/167A), the wire characteristics, the cryostat specification and the cooling system layout were studied.
