英文要約【Tokyo Institute of Technology】1. Poly(ether sulfone)(PES) nanofibers having diameter of 100-110nm were obtained by optimizing electro-spinning conditions. The nanofiber web thus obtained for an air filtration showed the performance of 99.5% rejection(RE) of the 0.1μm dust particles with a pressure drop(PD) of 110-130 Pa..
2. Fundamental research of nanocomposite nanofiber of PES/scallop nanoparticle using electro spinning was performed. The nanocomposite nanofibers gave RE:99.5%, PD:100-110Pa, and antimicrobial activity of more than 2.0.
【Kuraray Inc.】1. Ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVAL) nanofibers with the diameter of 60-70 nm were achieved by electro spinning of Eval/DMSO solution under the optimized conditions. 2. Antimicrobial activity of more than 2.0 and minimum inhibitory concentration of less than 1,000ppm against E-Coli, Pseudomonas aeruginasa, Staphyococcus aureus, MRSA were achieved by blend spinning nanocomposite-nanofiber with 2.5μm silver zeolite. 3. The nanofiber web for air filter showed the performance of 99.5% rejection of the 0.1μm dust with a pressure drop of 125 Pa.
【Japan Valqua Inc.】1. Poly(vinyliden fluoride)(PVDF) nanofiber web with fiber diameter of 80-120nm was achieved by electrospinning of PVDF/DMF solution under optimized conditions. Filter performance of 99.86% rejection of the 0.1μm dust particles with a pressure drop of 120Pa was achieved. 2. Antimicrobial activity of more than 2.0 and heat exchange efficiency of 15% higher than that of the conventional commercial product were achieved by using expanded PTFE microporous membrane with immobilized TiO2/SiO2 nanoparticles 3. The contact angle on the expanded PTFE microporous membrane decreased from 140° to 0° after atmospheric-pressure plasma treatment for 0.6m/min.
【Japan Air Filter Inc.】1. The intermediate target value.of antimicrobial activity and deodorizing efficiency of PES nanofiber with nano-size catalyst materials were achieved. 2. Optimization of binder polymers for immobilization of nano-size catalyst materials was carried out and the nanocomposite fiber web for air filtration showed the performance of 99.8% of rejection and pressure drop of 100Pa. 3. Method for evaluation of heat exchange efficiency of the air filter system was investigated with the reference of JIS B8628 and the test devices for evaluation of heat exchange efficiency was completed.
