a)セルの量産化に関する検討

Examination about mass production of the cell
We investigated the existing materials, development status on various materials manufacturer of lithium ion cell that is applied to Energy Storage System to Facilitate Interconnection of Renewable Energy to Power grid, the vice-material which meets new cells.Assuming electrical characteristics required from the viewpoint of power system stabilization, we found a basic characteristic of the existing own cell and found the necessary condition for characteristic improvement.
(2) Research and development of charge and discharge system(Hokuriku Electric Power Co., Ltd.)
Study of energy conversion control for power system stability
We made an inverter system device with voltage regulation as an experiment to examine " a voltage control method of the inverter for input/output conversion of a storage battery unit", which contributes to power system stability. We also evaluated the effect on a micro-power system including dynamic load in our laboratory, and confirmed that reactive power control of the inverter led to fast voltage recovery and improved voltage stability on the micro-power system.
(3) Research and development of storage battery system(Hokuriku Electric Power Co., Ltd.)
Consistency confirmation to technical standards for electricity businesses
To examine the capacity and the facilities constitution of storage battery system, we investigated regulation laws and ordinances such as "Electricity Enterprises Law" ,"Fire Defense Law / Fire Prevention Regulations", "Building Standards Law" from the viewpoint of prevention of electric facilities / fire defense / dangerous materials establishment and carried out grasp rearranging.
(4) Holding of trust committee
We held a general meeting (include trust, reassignment) and a working committee of element technology development so that the research and development item had close relation to element technology development (simultaneous progress).
