1 蓄電池システム情報収集方法
 本年度は、様々な需要家設置蓄電池システムから得られた情報を管理・加工し、蓄電池SCADAシステムに送信する方法について開発することを目的とし、先ず、蓄電池SCADA要求量を配分するデータ項目に関して検討を進めた。
英文要約Title: R&D of Practical and integrated Energy storage systems for smart community / elemental technology development / Battery Integrated Control system and Governor-free function battery system development (FY2010-FY2011) FY2010 Annual Report. :(1) Development of Battery Integrated Control system.: In this year, we pushed forward a method to collect information from consumers battery systems and a method to dispatch quantity instructed from a SCADA system for battery systems to each consumers battery system. As a result, we examined a list of data items to be collected from consumers battery systems, a method of planning to sum up information of each consumers battery system to maximize the quantity of demand of the SCADA system for battery systems and a method to draw up a most suitable distribution plan of dispatching request to each consumers battery system. In addition, we confirmed the customized range of the basic middle function for this system. : (2) A battery system with the Governor-free function. : We researched simulation models of a battery system with governor free function in this fiscal year. These simulation models will be used for confirmation of availability of governor free function. We made two type simulation models. One is a detailed model which is used for confirmation of system action in short time range. Other is a large scale model which is used for confirmation of interaction among generators and multiple battery systems. We have confirmed that the verification of system operation capabilities is possible by simulation with those models. In addition, we made following studies. :- Making model of computer simulation for the analysis about PCS and battery behavior against power system action.:- Characteristic data collection of Li-ion battery to evaluate the precision of SOC.:- Study and design of circuit structure and parameters of expected PCS.
