2-2.Verification of operation cost reduction
 Evaluation item of periodic check and daily check which were organized at 2010 had been done continuously.

 The STH2 alloy was selected as alternative materials.

The initial updated Pre-Cool equipment executed maintenance that was done once a year.

 The problem for durable of the dispenser hose was examined. The examination was begun about improvement of specifications for durable problem.
4-1.Construction of 70MPa hydrogen refueling station system
 The problem on safety concerning the driving operation of the hydrogen station has been checked up through the daily check and the periodic check.
4-2.Verification and evaluation concerning compressor
 Normality of the compressor in operation and a one year period of no maintenance of compressor were confirmed. 
4-3.Trial manufacture, verification, and assessment of the dispenser
 We gained some prospects on how to make safety breakaway coupling’s O-ring that has sufficient sealing characteristic at -30 degrees Celsius condition.
4-4 Making for traial purposes / verification / evaluation about the Pre-Cool equipment
 We manufactured the updated Pre-Cool and attained 24% of cost cut (15million to 11.4million). Moreover, we installed the updated Pre-Cool in Toho Gas.
 Saga University has developed the software to estimate the hydrogen temperature and the pressure at the exit of pre-cooling equipment as a collaboration of Taiyo Nippon Sanso Corporation.
4-5.Development of direct refueling technology
 We tested how the host system works together with direct dispensing control of compressor isolated operation and direct dispensing control linked with storage tank.
4-6.The inspection and evaluation on the durability of the dispenser hose
 The item of the test before the durability evaluation of the dispenser hose and enforcement schedule were examined.
4-7 Verification and evaluation of valves and piping
The daily checkup had been done continuously.

5. Comprehensive evaluation
 Construction cost of 70MPa class hydrogen refueling station made it to 250 million yen/system due to study of cost reduction.
6. A study of technical standards of Hydrogen infrastructure
 Draft of technical standard of composite hydrogen transport containers with filling pressure 45MPa was completed.
