英文要約Stainless tube is often used for high-pressure piping under desalination plant which uses reverse osmosis membrane. Corrosion and complicated workability are issues when jointing stainless pipes by welding. On the other hand, resin pipes are used in water supply and sewerage system that have high corrosion performance, but does not have the intensity to use for high pressure circumstances. The goal of this theme is to offer resin pipes which could be used under high pressure circumstances for an affordable price. This year, we have evaluated formability based on the results of the layer stacked design.We applied the primer coating material on the peripheral surface of the thermoplastic resin product, followed by a reinforcing layer was formed. We produced number of pipes. Each size is 75A ・ 100A ・ 200A ・ 300A. And also, we produced number of joints which can attach to the pipes. Each size is 75A ・ 100A ・ 200A. As a result, we got a good prototype. We performed a hydrostatic test of a prototype. We conducted the validity check of our layer stacked design by attaching a strain gauge on each part of the prototype. And we confirmed that the internal pressure and the maximum strain had a linear relationship. In addition, we performed the verification measures by identifying the origin of the fracture. We conducted the pulsation tests assuming the back-flow washing of the piping. Adding the large number of pressure pulse which is equivalent to 50 years, we confirmed that there is no significant difference between the amount of distortion at the beginning and the end of the test. We finished the tensile creep test which had been continued from the previous year. And we have confirmed that this prototype met the targeted performance even after 50 years. We are now evaluating adhesion status towards contamination attaching the resin pipe on the seawater intake pipe in the fishing port facilities, and comparing the performance between the resin pipe and stainless pipe. At the time when the 6 months had been passed, we confirmed that the resin pipe had the advantage in term of the contamination. In the future, we are going to do the long term evaluation attaching the prototype on the pilot plant piping.
