本研究開発では、海水淡水化プラントにおいて低コストかつ高耐久性に優れる配管の開発を目的としている。近年水需要の高まりから、世界各地で海水淡水化プラントの建設がなされている。その中で逆浸透膜を利用した造水プラント配管は、海水を高圧で圧送する厳しい条件にさらされる為、二相SUS やスーパー二相SUS などのような高耐食性の金属が用いられている。しかしながら、非常に高コストであるため造水コスト高の一因となっている。この金属配管代替として、樹脂を用いた低コストでありながら高耐久性に優れる配管の開発検討を行った。
英文要約It aims at development of piping which is excellent in low cost and high durability in a desalination plant in this research and development. In recent years, water demand is increasing and construction of the desalination plant is made in every corner of the earth. Since desalination plant piping which used the reverse osmosis membrane in it is in the severe conditions which pass high-pressure sea water, metal of high corrosion resistance, such as Duplex Stainless Steel and Super Duplex Stainless Steel, is used. However, since there are very expensive, it is a cause of the cost overrun which makes water. In order to lower this cost, development examination of resin piping which is excellent in durability is performed. In the last year, selection of polypropylene resin and the simulation of a strengthening pipe structure using it as a piping material suitable for a desalination plant have been performed. The degree has been examining the new connection system of the polypropylene pipe mainly, and performed establishment and the cost simulation of the connection system this year. As a result, in the performance side, the result equivalent to the conventional construction method has been obtained, and a new connection system has been established. Furthermore, there are some merits that the injection mold for the injection joints became unnecessary. By carrying out FRP reinforcement of this pipe, an about 30% reduction of a cost cut is attained to the conventional Duplex Stainless Steel piping.
