(1) 集光型太陽電池、モジュールの標準測定手法の開発(WP4)
ラウンドロビン用ミニモジュールを開発、計19台試作し、関係機関へ送付した。
屋外計測でのセル温度分布不均一に伴う測定誤差を避けるため、擬似熱源を取り付けたモジュールで温度不均一を再現した試験方法の開発を行った。

19 CPV modules specially designed for international calibration purpose were developed and sent to testing laboratories. Special CPV modules were made to identify measurement error stemmed from temperature variance among concentrator cells and examined. Other special modules for development of outdoor performance measurement were fabricated and sent to research institutes. Basic design for 35 % efficient module was done. Design of the innovative concentrator optics was reviewed and manufacturability was examined. Other potential issues of 35 % high concentration module, including wearing lifetime and heat handling were evaluated and improved with cooperation of European partners. Anti-soiling coating to the shaped Fresnel lens was developed. To prove above improvement 50 kW modules and a CPV power plant were made with cooperation of European partners. New inspection technologies for CPV modules were developed with cooperation of European partners and examination modules were developed and sent to a European partner. 7 researchers from 3 European research instates were accepted to visit for effective joint research. We visited to 2 European research institutes for promotion of the joint research.
