(1)動物性固形油脂燃料化装置テスト機の試作
動物性固形油脂燃料化装置テスト機(以下、テスト機という。)を設計し試作した。テスト機は、「原料投入ホッパー」「熱分解炉」「熱交換器」「飽和蒸気発生器」「過熱蒸気発生器」「制御盤」で構成されており、原料油脂を投入後、熱分解炉にて電気ヒーター及び過熱蒸気によって油脂を熱分解しガス化する。発生したガスは熱交換器で冷却して、生成油とオフガスに分離される。

The animal oils and fats (beef fat / lard) have high ratio of the saturated fatty acid in comparison with the vegetable oil, and it is a solid at normal temperature. It has been suggested how old it is about fuel, but it is in use so far. I overcame a problem called the solid at normal temperature and got a result equal to or less than it by I produced the test device which I used superheating steam for as a purpose to use as fuel of the boilers and installed it, and carrying out performance evaluation.

It is produced the test plane of device experimentally animal solidity oils and fats fuel.
We performed a design / trial manufacture of the test opportunity and installed it in the Fuji energy Hioki factory. The test plane consists of it in next item. Raw materials injection Hopper, Thermolysis furnace, Heat exchanger, Saturated steam generator, Superheating steam generator, the panel which the test plan is the next item, and consist of it. The raw materials oils and fats spent in Hopper are understood for heating by superheating steam and the heater of the thermolysis furnace and do a gasification. The out -break gas is cooled in a heat exchange, and it is divided into generation oil and an off gas.
The next problem occurred. It will be necessary to be improved in future.

It is performance evaluation / principle elucidation of the device test opportunity animal solidity oil and fats fuel.
The raw materials oils and fats occurring from a slaughter institution are different in the mixture degree by nidi. The raw materials oils and fats recovery was 43%. From raw materials oils and fats , oil is provided in recoveries more than 70%.
The other items except “ignition point” meet a standard of the fuel oil A when I analyze an ingredient of collected oil. The collected oil is equal to or less than normal temperature whereas an ignition point of the fuel oil A is the 60 degrees Celsius above. A volatilization ingredient is included in the collected oil. The removal of this volatilization ingredient is a problem. This the business greatest purpose was to refine the animal oils and fats of the normal temperature to liquid oil, but the collection liquid that even -15 degrees Celsius did not solidify was provided.

The making of the business plan
We chose a business partner and grasped the nidus of oils and fats, a collection method, a basic unit. In the slaughter institution, we use a great deal of oil (fuel oil A) as fuel such as boilers. Expectation to us make oils and fats oil, and using it as fuel is high. On the other hand, we use the raw materials oils and fats to raw materials such as the soup, and it is inflected and leaves a problem unfinished in the choice of raw materials oils and fats becoming fuel.
