英文要約Title:Development of Technologies for Hydrogen Production, Delivery and Storage Systems.Development of Stainless Steels for Hydrogen-related Services Including High Pressure Hydrogen gas and Liquid Hydrogen, and Development of Related Materials Testing Methods (FY 2010-FY2012) FY2011 Annual Report (3)Research and development of cold-worked austenitic stainless steels for high pressure hydrogen valves and joints was undertaken to optimize weight, cost and service life.
(a) SSRT was carried out in high-pressure gaseous hydrogen at 70MPa at 233K for cold drawn SUS305J1 austenitic stainless steels. Good ductility was shown in cold-worked SUS305J1 austenitic stainless steels.
(b) Creep properties were studied at room temperature atmosphere for solute-treated SUS316L austenitic stainless steels which had been hydrogen-charged by high-pressure. No clear change ascribable to the hydrogen-charge was observed in solute-treated SUS316L.
(c) Two valves which had been used in Ariake Hydrogen Station were disassembled. Surface conditions of parts were observed. The data obtained by the observation were organized.
