英文要約Title:Research and Development of Thin Film Silicon Solar Cell with highly controlled structure

In order to enhance the current, we have been developing the novel light trapping structure which enabled the directional light scattering by the highly controlled surface morphology of textured TCO. We evaluated influence of haze and the orientation of light scattering for spectra response. As result, we clarified the scattering angle for enhancing the spectra response of the a-SiGe layer and achieved the middle cell current is 8% higher than that of conventional structure.

On the other hand, we carried out the novel treatment of reducing defect for a-SiGe layer. It showed the large enhancement of the conversion efficiency and the reduction for the light degradation. We will develop the large area module for these technology.
