1.Research and development of contents and results;We thought flow meter in the ENE・FARM should increase performance, be compact and cut a cost in spread period. We promoted quality assurance evaluation and development of technology for mass production in 2nd year of phase two. [8.Development of mass production technology] -8a.Minimize a control circuit; We selected inexpensive PIC microcontrollers and produced a small circuit for correcting of temperature, offset and linear. -8b.Implementation of low cost flow meters; We used the generic PIC microcomputer control circuits and designed. We are confident that we can produce 100,000 units in year with the price \2,000. -8c. P10 Type sample Production; We produced P10 Type flow meter by dies casting. We understood that P10 Type is expected to measured flow of Air in the P14 70 NL / min. as the alternatives. -8d.Design of control circuit for mass production and casing; We planned the survey of safety standards by March and design will finish in the end of May, 2012. -8e. Manufacture Automatic evaluation of equipment; We produced the automatic evaluation system and reduces the initial evaluation time in sensor package drastically. [9.Evaluation of quality assurance] -9a. Life time evaluation; We conducted evaluation of tolerability for foreign materials. Finished 11,250 hr. passed by accelerated testing up to now. No abnormality in sensor output. Elution analysis is going to conduct in April and May, 2012. -9b. Accuracy evaluation; We conducted repeatability test for sensor output. Result: Maximum error +0.378136%, so we completed our company-specific target, ±1 %. -9c. Reliability evaluation; Reliability evaluation will conduct in April and May, 2012. [10.Mass flow measurement] We investigated that the fluctuating pressure output for the mass flow using MEMS style flow sensors. [11.Market Research outside ENE ・FARM] -Apply to the usage of mobile Fuel Cells is currently negative. -There are potentials in the FCEV in electric generation cells to detect liquids as flow monitor, -and to weigh hydrogen: >100 kPa in the end of terminal at Hydrogen transportation infrastructure in pipeline. -Another usage is disposable forms in medical infusion pump system. 2.Achievements; (1) Presentations & lectures (including oral) -a.Announcement in May 31st at SAJ2011. -b.Seminar at Sensor Expo2011, October 12th 2011 (2) Patents Application to "flow sensor and detector for flow rate", March 30th 2010 ( Special vows 2010-77699) About, PCT Filing (PCT/JP2010/005658 )3.Special instructions; (1) Exhibition at Denso in September 6th to 7th supported by Fukushima Pref.
