英文要約Title:Research and Development of Thin Film Silicon Solar Cell with highly controlled structure (FY2010-FY2014) FY2012 Annual Report

We developed the formation of the texture on glass substrate by nanoimprinting technology and controlled the size of texture for enhancing the light scattering. We achieved the suitable light trapping for each layer by using the periodic structure. We could make the best texture by optimizing the index and transmittance for nanoimprinting layer. We developed the large size module for nanoimprinting process and achieved the good uniformity for surface morphology. On the other hand, we developed the middle a-SiGe layer and enhanced the efficiency of 3 stack solar cell. As the results, we succeeded in making the large area solar module with the a-Si/interlayer/a-SiGe/interlayer/μc-Si stacked structure. A power of 115W with the size of 980×950mm2 was achieved.
