英文要約Title: IT Integration-based New Social System Development and Demonstration Projects / Collaboration among agriculture, commerce and industry field / Development of a Smart Streamlined Agriculture Architecture and Dissemination of an Agricultural Production Support Service Business Based on the Architecture

The development of Evidence-based Collaborative Production Control (ECPC) systems includes:
1. We defined the ECPC systems design and developed the UI prototypes of the ECPC systems.
2. To develop the remote guidance system, we studied the internet call systems and available libraries and developed the UI prototype of the remote guidance system.
3. We developed the small sized sugar and acid sensor system.
4. We considered the interface of the sensor system and the small sized fruit-sorting-system.
5. To develop the soil diagnosis method, the field experiment was performed. We collected RTK-GPS data for 3D maps and soil samples for multivariate analysis.
6. To develop the method to estimate small area weather, we developed a simple observation prototype system for the collection of meteorological data.
7. We considered farm management method to optimize the utilization of water and land resources, and developed the prototype of the farm path design support system.

Collecting knowledge and feasibility study includes:
1. We collected contents to help pest control, digitized some of the contents, and developed the UI prototype of the pest control support system.
2. We designed the basic framework for fruit production named Juku-Model. The framework can give advice by judging environmental information and fruits growth.
3. To develop the judgment system of growing disorder, we collected the large amount of occurrence cases of physiological disorder and developed the UI prototype.
4. Based on the large amounts of past data, we designed the basic model of precision irrigation management support methods.
5. The feasibility study focused on clearing problems about guidance on farming utilizing IT. We interviewed JA instructors about current ways of guidance on farming.
6. We considered the possibility of ECPC system in order to combine producing and marketing. We interviewed farm stand as a base model and surveyed how the producer investigate the customer needs.
7. As demonstration farms using Marudori method with IT, we prepared Marudori method facility in Namikata-cho located in Ehime Prefecture.

We selected two offshore demonstration experiment farms to verify whether ECPC system is useful in order to adopt Japanese agricultural knowledge with offshore farms. One is citrus cultivation farm and another is strawberry cultivation. We selected CHIANGMAI THANATHON CO., LTD. as citrus cultivation farm. This farm is the largest in Thailand and they have strong demands for use of IT. We prepared strawberry cultivation facility in Thailand. We established the partnership with Japanese strawberry farmers to compare strawberry cultivation in Japan
and in Thailand.

In order to validate the business model, we investigated the statistical data and interviewed JA instructors, agricultural researchers, etc. We have organized the current issues.
