統合解析システムの適用目的の一つである設計外部条件算定について極値条件を対象とした評価・検証を平成23 年度に引き続き実施した。空間解像度のより細かい再解析データを適用し、再現性の向上を確認した。
英文要約Title: Development of New Energy / Research and Development of Offshore Wind Power Generation Technology / Experimental Researches for Offshore Metrological Observation System (Kitakyushu)

A) Establishment of offshore wind observation system, 1. Formulation of meteorological-marine interaction analysis system, 3) Evaluation and validation of meteorological-marine interaction analysis system: The estimation method of extreme external design condition was evaluated and validated by meteorological-marine interaction analysis system. In 2012, reproducibility improvement of the simulation was practiced by using high resolution reanalysis data and so on. B) Investigation of meteorological and marine condition, 2. Investigation of meteorological condition, 5) Evaluation of character of wind: Wind shear and time and space fluctuation of wind were inspected by the data measured from October 2012. 6) Evaluation of measurement method: Wind measurement was started from October 2012. Simultaneously, validity of measured data and acquisition rate were investigated. To evaluate the measuring method, character of the measuring system was investigated. To evaluate the validity of LIDAR, the data measured by LIDAR and the meteorological mast were compared. 7) Improvement of offshore wind simulation and potential estimation technique: Wind data was measured and arranged from October 2012. The improvement will be carried out by using these accumulated data. 8) Study for enhancement of utilization of LIDAR: Preliminary study for feasibility of evaluation of wind turbine by using wind data measured by LIDAR was carried out. 3. Investigation of marine condition, 4) Evaluation of character of wave: To evaluate the character of offshore wave of Kitakyushu city, wave monitoring by wave meter was started from October 2012. D) Installation of meteorological mast: The metrological mast was designed, assembled and installed in 2012. Measurement by meteorological mast was started from October 2012. E) Maintenance of meteorological mast: The metrological mast was operated and maintained from October 2012. F) Summarization of design of meteorological observation system, 1) Summarization of the simulation: Meteorological-marine interaction analysis system was summarized in range of application, structure of model, accuracy, and so on. 2) Summarization of the design of system: Observation system, power supply system and miscellaneous items were summarized. G) Environmental impact analysis, 1) Ecosystem impact analysis: Ecosystem impact analysis was carried out during and after the construction. Bird monitoring by radar was added to monitor ohmizunagi-dori“streaked seawater”in the night time. Monitoring area for sunameri”finless porpoise” was expanded.
