・ハイブリッド重力式支持構造の設計手法の開発

英文要約Title: Development of Renewable energy/Research and Development of Offshore Wind Power Generation Technology/Experimental Researches for Offshore Wind Power Generation System (Kitakyushu)

a) Experimental Researches for Offshore Wind Power Generation System, 1) Design, assembly and installation of the hybrid structure of jacket and concrete gravity was completed. The monitoring plan to inspect the internal stress on the joints was studied. Most of the measuring devices have been installed. 2) Wave pressure meter, strain meter and accelerometer for the tower and substructure were installed to calibrate the output of the dynamic code analysis by the measured data. 3) To rationalize the procedure of the design of substructure of the offshore wind turbine, DLC (Design Load Cases of winds and waves) were narrowed down by studying significant impact on the structure due to the specific DLC. 4) To evaluate the wave load due to non-linearity of wave, wave meter was installed by the substructure. Sensors were installed at the substructure to measure the impact on the structure by the wave. 5) To minimize the number of boring survey, verification of geophysical prospecting in the wide range of the area was carried out. 6) Required durability of the offshore wind turbine was studied, and the results were taken into account on the design of the wind turbine. 7) Required items for evaluation of the performance of offshore wind turbine were studied. 8) The rubble mound leveling method by dropping heavy weight was adapted to the construction to improve the leveling accuracy and minimize the manual leveling work. It was verified that the method was effective to shorten the construction period and secure the accuracy of the structure. 9) The weather and marine forecasting system was installed to manage the construction of the substructure. It was verified that the system was effective for process control and safety management of the construction. b) Development of O&M of Offshore Wind Power Generation System, 1) Items to be monitored, monitoring method and procedure were studied. Based on the results, monitoring system was designed, and installed. 2) To shorten the period of recovery from failure, additional monitoring system was designed. 3) To develop O&M for offshore wind turbine, refinement of serviceability was studied based on onshore system. 4) To analyze lightning on onshore, measuring system of onshore lightning was designed in details. 5) To evaluate accessibility to conduct routine inspection, weather simulation and marine phenomenon simulation and short term prediction system were studied. c) Environmental impact study: Fish and bird monitoring were carried out before the construction. During the construction, underwater noise and vibration, water quality and bottom material were monitored to evaluate the impact on marine life. The measure to reduce the environmental impact during the construction was studied by the results.
