英文要約Core-shell nanoparticles of copper and silver were developed with a microwave irradiation. The shell/core (Ag/Cu) structure prevented oxidation of copper over a month. The nanoparticles were synthesized in 10 gram-scale and were supplied for preparation of metal ink. In addition, it is possible to improve the electrical conductivity by the heating of the Cu/Ag nanoparticles. We have optimized the metal ink which used acrylic resin for binder resin, and high viscosity solvent. It has good printability with fine patterns. The pattern printed with Cu/Ag ink exhibited high stability. We designed and developed the new microwave machine to uniformly heat the large area of the film.
