英文要約Title: International Research and Development and Demonstration Project of Environmental and Medical Field/ International Research and Development and Demonstration of Advanced Medical System/ Research and Development of Water Purification System for dialysate to Achieve High Quality Dialysis Treatment according to the affairs of each area (FY2012-FY2014)/ FY2012 Annual Report Research and development to optimized dialysis system for the affairs of each area contributes to develop quality of dialysis treatment and accelerate expansion of domestic medical industry in Asian countries. Our target is to prove following three concepts. 1) To supply super pure water for dialysate, We offer the water treatment system that is adequate to raw water environment in China . 2) Offer a high quality dialysis treatment by the combination of the high flux dialyzer and intermittent hemodialysis(I-HD). 3)Improve the safety and labor-saving dialysis treatment by introducing dialysis machine with navigation and automation function. As a we obtained the following results. 1) As a hollow fiber membrane had more than 60 um thickness, the time-dependent deterioration of endotoxin prevention performance was suppressed. For that reason, membrane thickness is important parameter in order to improve membrane durability. 2) Flux of hollow fiber membrane for high flux dialyzer was improved by changing surface membrane pore shape, circle into oval. A separation performance of the sample hollow fiber membrane was same as the present one.
