英文要約Hitachi dispatched supervisor for commissioning of Lead-Acid Battery system including PCS(Power Conditioning System) for Lead-Acid Battery and PCS for PV (photovoltaic power generation). Hitachi’s supervisor supervised commissioning and attended meeting to discuss commissioning procedure and scheduling. Equipments which Hitachi developed for the demonstration are as follows, (a) Lead-Acid Battery, (b) PCS for PV and PCS for Lead-Acid Battery, and (c) Transformer. General description of each equipment is, (a) Lead-Acid Battery: LL1500W (model name) type battery (1500Ah-2V) is contained in enclosure. Total number of Battery enclosures are four(4), and each enclosure contains 192 battery cells. (b) PCS: one(1) x 500kW for PV; two(2) x 500kW for Lead-Acid Battery. All Hitachi PCS are contained in enclosures. (c) Transformer: Hitachi’s transformer is a low voltage type oil filled Amorphous transformer(three phase 500kVA 460V / 460V 60Hz). Hitachi also prepared O&M(Operation and Maintenance) manual for each equipment. Hitachi’s demonstration item is “PV-PCS’s voltage fluctuation mitigation effect and harmonic suppression effect.” Hitachi prepared and installed measurement equipment to collect data for the demonstration.
Hitachi’s collective research item is “to verify PV(Photovoltaic power generation) output fluctuation mitigation effect by charging or discharging lead-acid battery.” Hitachi developed simulation tool for the research. The larger capacity of Lead-Acid Battery is, the higher fluctuation mitigation effect you can see. Hitachi also researched short-term range PV fluctuation mitigation effect with Lead-Acid Battery.
