A large scale methane adsorption storage cylinder was designed with a basic specification of a manufactured 1m3 methane storage cylinder. The improved methane adsorption storage cylinder technologies included the higher performance methane adsorbent and the new thermal insulation structure of the cylinder. [R&D of the evaluation of a large scale methane adsorption storage cylinder] The optimum conditions of a large scale methane adsorption storage cylinder is determined with the results of [R&D of a scale up of methane adsorption storage cylinder]. [R&D of the oxygen, nitrogen and sulfur compounds] The oxygen, nitrogen and sulfur compounds adsorbents were synthesized and formed respectively. These adsorbents will be loaded to the PSA-methane purifier (5m3N/h) and the removal performances of these gasses will be evaluated and confirmed. The final target value of the oxygen and nitrogen removal ratio will be 50% and complete removal ratio for sulfur compounds. [R&D of nitrogen compounds decomposition and phosphate recovery] With the small column apparatus (0.1L/min), nitrogen compounds decomposition from the simulated digestion liquids is experimented. The adsorbent selection, a loading capacity, and the O3/NH3 ratio will be determined. Also, phosphate compounds recovery from the simulated digestion liquid is experimented.
