Research and development for constructing appropriate regulation of domestic FCV and hydrogen supply infrastructure adapting to international regulation and establish international standardization.
Research and development for arranging regulation and adapting to international regulation of the FCV compressed hydrogen containers.

TYPE3 containers using four kinds of the 6069 and 6069 aluminum were produced and evaluated for the price reduction
of the containers. For the first year activity, TYPE3 containers using conventional 6061 aluminum were produced
for making reference point and evaluated them.
The performance of the containers were measured by testing its fatigue and corrosion properties because of the property
of aluminum alloy were great influenced.
As an evaluation of the fatigue performance, I performed the pressure cycle test of the TYPE3 container
using 6061 aluminum and clarified the relationship between stress amplitude (S-N diagram) and its life.
In addition, to identify the influence of the cracks on the conventional 6061 aluminum alloy to its fatigue performance,
we performed a fatigue test using the aluminum liner specimen which I damaged to it.
For the evaluation of the corrosion performance, according to JISZ2371, we performed a salt water mist splay examination
using a specimen of the conventional 6061 aluminum liner and evaluated the corrosion status of the specimen.
