The development of the reversible fuel cell is being advanced at 2 stages. First, only anode, negative electrode reversible fuel cell is developed. Secondly, not only anode but also cathode, positive electrode reversible fuel cell are the under the development. Regarding the bench model device of anode reversible fuel cell, we have tested and concluded that the difference of battery surface temperature and internal temperature becomes rather small by adopting the lamination system of the anode, the separator and cathode. In addition, with lamination system adoption, it made it possible the thermometry. Inside the cell that past measurement is difficult. Furthermore also the fact that it reaches the point where also electric resistance can decrease is merit. The battery of capacity 4.4Ah was made on an experimental basis with sub C type as a prototype, the output of 2kw/kg which is set point was verified. The battery with capacity 32Ah, the length 500mm,18mm diameter as a power source for the portable and the another battery with capacity 500Ah, the length 500mm,18mm diameter are in the midst of producing with 18mm diameter a power source for electric power system. The positive electrode to reversible it is necessary to convert in actualization of the both electrode reversible fuel cell. For this purpose fundamental test of manganese dioxide electrode optimization presently it is in the midst of requesting in the University of Tokyo. The performance test which increased oxygen density for high output conversion in the future it is execution schedule as well. For the commercializing, we are planning to start development on business the portable reversible fuel cell for smart houses, after we verify the construction equipment and the full-sized cars. Regarding to Power systems, we enters to communication equipment backup power source and proves with systematic stabilization.
