|英文要約||Title: Development of Building Integrated Solar Power Systems Using Low Reflectance Solar Panels for Environmental Consideration (FY2013-FY2015) FY2013 Annual Report
Thin film silicon solar cell panel with the low reflectance has been developed by forming the light-scattering structure on the outer surface of the front glass. The reflection of the sun-light is lower than that of the ordinary roof top materials. The measurement method of reflection characteristics by means of the multi-angle spectrophotometer is found to be very effective to examine the state of the fine structure on the surface.
The glass breakage strength with our surface-textured structure was confirmed by the bending fatigue testing. The glass breakage strength with the texture was better than without until 70 MPa mechanical loads.
The building integrated thin film silicon solar modules with the function of the transparent and the thermal insulating features have been developed.
