英文要約1-1) High durability module material development
a) We have developed new porous insulator layer to achieve performance
improvement.
b) The platinum has high reduction activity from I3- to I-. We have developed counter electrode with a reduced amount of platinum used. The uniform dispersion of platinum particles in carbon paste is important for high performance DSCs.
c) We have developed monolithic DSCs, using a novel dye developed by our
consortium, it was confirmed performance improvement.
1-2) High efficiency oxide semiconductor electrode development
 Hydrothermal process is useful method to synthesize the inorganic particles which have high crystallinity and shape-controlled. We developed a few type of titanium dioxide nano-particles which have specific surface plane. The conversion efficiency of the DSCs cells whose titanium dioxide layer consisted of sample A is lower than existing particles.
1-3) Low- cost process development
We verified production capacity of titanium oxide paste. It was possible to significantly reduce the time it takes the paste by remodeling a part of the device.
