(A)The Durability Improvement of Photovoltaic Cells
(1) Suppression of desorption of dye
The first factor of degradation of our photovoltaic cells is desorption of dye molecules on the photoelectrode. Although the organic dyes often possess one anchoring site to the photoelectrode, our dyes have been improved to two anchoring sites. The 90 percent of amount of dyes are found to be preserved on the photoelectrode after our photovoltaic cells stay in the constant-temperature oven at 85 degrees centigrade duaring 1000 hours.
(2) Suppression of change optical properties of the dye
The second factor is the change of optical properties of the dye molecules under the high-temperature conditions of 85 degrees centigrade. Because of the suppression of optical-properties change and the conservation of short circuit current of photovoltaic cells, we achieve a breakthrough on the development of ionic-liquid electrolyte by optimizing both the kinds of the anion and the sizes of the cation. The 95 percent of conversion efficiency are found to be preserved under the 85 degrees-centigrade conditions duaring 800 hours.

(B)Development of the charge-storable photovoltaic cells
We realize the charge-storable photovoltaic cell which possesses three electrodes( the photoelectrode, capacitor positive electrode, and capacitor negative electrode) and two electrolytes. The capacitor positive electrode is made from the polymer of decamethyl ferrocene and the capacitor negative electrode is made from the polymer of kinon. Our charge-storable photovoltaic cell realize that the conversion efficiency is 19.8% and the condenser capacity is 1.3mWh with 10cm2 area.
