英文要約Title: Research and Development on Innovative Solar Cells (International Research Center for Innovative Solar Cell Program) Research and Development of Thin Film Full Spectrum Solar Cells with Low Concentration Ratios (Optical Control) (FY2008-2014) FY2013 Annual Report

We have been researching to develop optical splitting structure for thin film full spectrum solar cells and getting some results as follows. We successfully fabricated 10cm x 10cm sized optical splitter that has uniform in-plane optical property using sputter system we installed last year. We can observed that fabricated splitter shows equivalent characteristics with design data and we can assume that splitter having lower optical loss. Furthermore, We evaluated the effect of using splitter in thin film full spectrum solar cell structure under 'low concentration conditions'. We measured heterojunction silicon cell under low concetration condition with and without optical splitter and we can observe further increase effect in efficiency under low concetration condition compare with 1 sun condition. And also, we can contribute to the progress of research project in group leader by supplying optical splitter that fit for their system.
