TATSUNO THEMA [Establishment of the evaluation method by the weighting method]
It is aimed for the hydrogen measurement management in the hydrogen refueling station. We designed and produced the measuring and checking system of the hydrogen gas dispenser by the weighting method. In 2015, we tested and calibrated the dispenser system at the real Hydrogen refueling stations.
The specifications of the measurement device as follows.
The outside size is W1950 X D2000 X H2000. Weight is 1,500 kg. Container capacity is 36L *3, and hydrogen mass is 4.3 kg. The resolving power of the scales is 1 g. The temperature range is -40 to 85 degrees Celsius.
I carried out a measurement examination and understood the following things.
The station with much loss depressurization has a big error. And If the capacity from a flowmeter to a nozzle is big, an error is big. At present, we think that it is suitable to subtract quantity of de-pressure that is biggest (in 70MPa) from a measurement level of the dispenser.
This measurement device was able to confirm that there was precision, performance available for the inspection of the weighing machine.
In addition, the problem of the dew condensation was almost suppressed by filling a device with dry nitrogen gas.
