英文要約Construction of conceptual design methods using topology optimization for rapid and creative product development

Nagase integrex co., ltd takes the role in the development of ultra-precision processing technology in the implementation no.3 "Development of device design and device manufacturing technology by the device design method". Based on the required configuration of the groove pattern (width of processing groove is several tens μm to 200μm, target accuracy is ±10μm) and characteristics for the work materials (copper plating needed on insulation), we selected tools (diamond bites and milling tools) to achieve the processing pattern. As the first year basic experiment, we verified the relationship of the workpiece and the tool and observed processing phenomenon by processing grooves on the flat surface. The ultimate goal is processing patterns on free-form surface.
From the basic experiment, it’s verified that processing condition and method affect accuracy and tool galling materially in processing insulating materials. This leads to the second year experiment 1) to find out the best processing condition and method of shaper processing 2) to find out the processing condition and method of milling tools processing. Also we aim to build a processing method to glass and steel surface by diamond bite with incorporating the elliptical vibration cutting technology and perform processing verification to non-spherical and free-form surface next year.
Also we aim to develop more precision machine by measuring and correcting the 6-axis ultra-precision machine which will be used for processing by the measurement instrument which is capable of multi-axis synchronous movement precision and raising the synchronization accuracy.
