英文要約Title: Interim annual report in 2014 of fundamental research project as for the wind-turbine systems, for the technology research development and the offshore wind-turbine system, it is the common ground study into technology research development and empirical research for next-generation floating offshore wind-turbine systems.

This study provides and is placed as the basic reference for the development of the offshore Wind turbine systems in the future of our country and to light up the direction for development of the industry. As the subject of the research of the floater method and technology, for technology establishment of the offshore wind-turbine systems in area of the sea from depth of the water 50m to 100m specifically shallow area of the sea, which is also examined by low cost and cost efficiency view, will contribute to the progress of international competitiveness of our Country.

In this research, main investigation four items concretely are as below.
(1)To collect the information, by utilize the network with the world major research organization and university of wind turbine system field in domestic and foreign state-of-the-art trends, substantiate results of research for a design, construction, the maintenance, evaluation method, a technical standard and to analyze such valuable and useful information in the field.
(2)To organize the committee consisting of experts securing neutrality and evaluate feasibility and the superiority of the study neutrally. In addition, to apply into this study the latest information and evaluation method about the floating offshore wind turbine systems located in the inside and outside the country.
(3)As a location field of sea to investigate in Japan, select 3 different sea areas of the weather condition, hydrographic phenomena to research and investigate some of typical type and substantiated floating offshore wind-turbine systems. In an evaluation, to clarify the design criteria of the floater method offshore wind-power turbine systems, design requirements each sea area. Besides, to evaluate performance, safety, the cost of the floating offshore wind-turbine in consideration of the form and type of the floater body, the scale of the wind turbine.
(4)These results are reflected introduction and a technological guide book of offshore floating Wind-turbine systems, a web-site is established as well, it's opened as disclosure of knowledge widely.
