1)Confirmation of Mg-Ni based alloy nanoparticles
We have started investigating of Nano particle size measurement using the Differential Mobility Analyzer(DMA) to classifying the particle size of the Mg-Ni-based alloy nanoparticles.We confirmed hydrogen emission at 100℃.
2) Analyze the mechanism
We have carried out a fine structural analysis through X-ray absorption fine structure(XAFS) to analyze the mechanism of peculiar hydrogen storage property.In Mg6Ni composition ratio was confirmed that the atomic distance With the hydrogenation is shorter.
3)Investigation of production methods
We have developed a prototype for supporting the nanoparticles on a substrate in a vacuum.We have developed a heating system utilizing a plasma.And enable continuous production in a vacuum of nanoparticles by this heating method.
4) Study of hydrogen storage tank system
In order to predict required amount of heat during the dehydrogenation (endothermic amount) to initiate the hydrogen consumption during the simulation emission mode running.
