英文要約Field Test: A)Stress Check at Work-place (performed by Toshiba / Cybertrust) .
Under the supervision of appointed medical expert from Respiratory and Circulation Restoration Frontier Lecture unit at the Medical University of Asahikawa, - the field test will be utilizing Silmee to gauge the “daily stress level” of the employee(s) from the business entities. A secure Cloud System will be configured in order to uniformly manage the measured data(s) from the Smartphone application, together with the provision of high quality sound effect obtained mainly from natural sources for stress relief. Analyzed stress results will be fed back to the participating subject(s), supplemented by before and after Q&A form. KPI: Continuity (participation) of Stress Check Service. Interim result: 100%(as of March 26,2015).
B) Health Support System with utilization of Pharmacies (performed by Nuture Networks / Univ. of Occupational and Environmental Health). Conducted exams for below target group with SilmeeTM in order to identify issues when providing a service of measuring autonomic balance with advice from health care provider such as pharmacists, nurses, and nutritionists at pharmacies and GPs. KPI: Setting indicators to proof profitability of the business. Interim result: Towards setting indicators, we interviewed three pharmacies, doctors, and pharmacists for reconsidering our business models.
C) Cardiac Rehabilitation (performed by Toshiba/ AMI&I). The physical data of the locomotive state at home will be acquired with the following conditions: under supervision of the doctors of cardiovascular medicine of Okamura Memorial Hospital; in order to measure the performance rate of the ‘home-based locomotive therapy program’ by using SilmeeTM with cooperation of examinees at the following location. In order to adjust examinees’ locomotive amount to be appropriate and not too much, an application program is being developed so as to control the amount according to the indication of the tablet’s display. KPI: The performance rate of the rehabilitation locomotion by continuous usage of SilmeeTM System. Interim result: At present, an application is being developed. Before conducting the proving test with actual examinees, a preliminary experiment was conducted by self of the medical staff.
Publicity Activities: Aiming at expanding awareness of the effectiveness of the clean device, “Use Case sub-committee” was organized. Many experts such as medical doctors, pharmacists, professors and lawyers are involved in this sub-committee. Standardization and Harmonization Committee: Aiming at industrialization of multifunction and reliable wearable vital signs sensor, this committee organizes (a) Architecture, (b) Software and (c) Wear-ability Improvement sub-committees. Actual outcome of this committee throughout this two year national project is a document named "Application and Design Guide/Guideline of Multi-function and Reliable Wearable Vital Signs Sensor" and the first year object is to fix the contents of the document. The sub-committee also decided reference points in the reference model and determined to focus on the standardization and harmonization activities to the two reference points, body attachment device and software API. Summarizing above, progress of this committee is on schedule and already planning the 2nd year activities for writing and finalizing the guide/guideline. (2,926 characters)
