英文要約The following items were conducted in the program of the last fiscal year 2014.

1-1 Design and analysis of high pressure composite container accumulator
In succession of the last fiscal year, main efforts of research and development were adressed to the design and analysis of the high pressure composite container accumulator of type 4 with resin liner. In cooperation with Osaka University, Tokyo Metropolitan Univesitiy, assisted by Dr. Kawahara, the reliability of the vessel accumulator has been verified at filled pressure 86 MPa for 1 million cycles with safety factor 2.25 times, which was confirmed to be a significant achievement to meet the design requirements.

1-2 Research and development in accordance with the welding of the resin liner
In conventional thermal plate welding, the reliability of joints may not always perfectly assured due to possible lack of welding performances. Accordingly, a new trials of welding have been conducted taking notice of polyethylene pipe welding used in the city water and sewage industries. The new welding procedures have been applied to the joints of high pressure vessels and examined by Osaka University under X-ray CT scanning, hardness tests, tensile tests, and other defect inspections, and it was confirmed that the welds were built up without any susceptible defects.

1-3 Research and development in accordance with the low-cost hydrogen station system
Maruhachi Co.Ltd, together with Tomoe Shokai Co.Ltd, conducted research and development on the low-cost hydrogen station systems. As the result of research, a prospect is now obtained to establish a low-cost simple hydrogen station.
Taking an opportunity to exhibit to JEC2015 held in Paris, we visited a venture company in Normandy, France, and it was confirmed that our conception is not wrong.

1-4 Research and development related to composite container prototype development
The following points are estabilished in this fiscal year.
Security of cohesion of resin liner and metallic part.
Establishment of Injection molding.
Establishment of Blow molding.
The following point is to be kept over early period of next fiscal year.
A delay in design analysis on screw on metallic boss.

Others
The container were presented to JEC Exhibition in order to advertise and collect the related infomations. It was a major achievement to have many contacts with new future customers and various companies.
Our best efforts in the next fiscal year will be concentrated to the prototype development of the 86 MPa pressure accumulator.
