(1)1 tower system PSA-biogas refinement prototype machine performance grasp

Inexpensiveness of the initial investment, the compact size and addition are easy. 1 tower system-ization of the methane PSA equipment which meets these conditions was considered.A prototype is produced and a performance testing is done.Before producing a prototype, a test apparatus of existence was remodeled into the same driving organization as 1 tower system and the driving program was also changed.Driving of single bed type PSA does push of gas and a pull, but it isn't the same timing.So a driving flow was reconsidered and thought rotating equipment could effectively use suspended timing.The pump by which push and pull are possible both is being made.We considered the flow for which this both use pump is used, drew an equipment drawing based on that and arranged with a manufacturer.A making manufacturer makes an estimate at present.It's expected to make 1 tower system PSA methane.
(2)Performance grasp of PSA built-in organosulphur adsorbed layer and organic silicon adsorbed layer

The adsorbent it's expected to fill was filled into a small test apparatus and it was checked about removal of H2S and siloxane gus, and it was confirmed that it can be removed.
(3)Design of entire system and decision of a business plan

We requested marketing of methane gas from Tokyo Gas Chemical corporation.
(4)Test of the driven gas engine for which the low pressure system methane occlusion container was used
(Nagasaki Institute of Applied Science)
The making of equipment to do a drive test of the low pressure system methane occlusion container use gas engine as planned in fiscal year 2014 was prepared.A test has not been begun yet.
1)A gas electric power generation engine for tests (maximum output 4.6kW) was bought.
2)A gas flow meter, an Airーfuel ratio meter and temperature measurement equipment were bought. These are used as measurement equipment of gas electric power generation engine test.
3)Gas plumbing equipment and gas for tests were bought.
4)The measurement facility and the gas plumbing used in a gas engine test were prepared.
1person participated in a lecture to get the latest information about burning of natural gas and a biogas engine.

(5)Test using 1 tower system PSA-biogas prototype machine
(Northern Japan Environment energy Co., Ltd)
An occlusion container for methane stations (capacity 0.5m3 and second-class pressure container) was designed.It's ordered from manufacturer and it has been received in the end of March. And equipment necessary to fill methane gas into a container is also ordered and it has been received in the end of March.
