This annual report showed 3 points of "Installation technology development results of the solar power system to the actual inclined surface", "The results of wind tunnel experiments using a small-scale model of the lightweight frame for inclined plane" and "Corrosion mechanism elucidation result of the boundary between the earth's surface and the soil". First, by using a small-diameter steel pipe piles that we have developed for frame of solar power system, installing them as a demonstration experiment sites were completed in three facilities in Fukushima. At the time of construction, the small-diameter steel pipe pile have been constructed the demonstration experiment sites by using the portability tools, such as a simple temporary scaffolding and hand auger. As a result, the steep slope to the maximum tilt angle also becomes 40 °, could be roughly reduced by 10% the amount of steel in comparison with the conventional method by the design of lightweight unit frame. Second, we have knowledge of criteria for wind coefficients required in the design and installation of the solar cell module in slope is obtained by wind tunnel experiments were performed. We want to be desired to spread it as beyond industry standards with the in-house by adding a verification obtained by the demonstration site, and improve the safety of the design and installation of solar power generation system. Third, with the aim to clarify the corrosion mechanism of the boundary between the earth's surface and the soil, we in metal corrosion of soil were noted that micro corrosion current is closely related. And Control of micro-corrosion current is meant the control of the corrosion reaction rate. Factors of involved in the control them are classified in three, "Water retention of soil", "Components of the soil" and ”Physical factors corrosion subject". Micro corrosion current from the experiments results monitored, corrosion reaction rate was found to accelerate when the "High water retention of soil", "High solution concentration of soil" and “In proportion close to the ground surface to the amount of dissolved oxygen is high”.
