To improve OPV performance by using dressed photon, following three items were studied. 1) Laser assisted sputtering: Laser assisted sputtering (irradiate an OPV device with laser during sputtering Ag electrode) was studied to generate Ag nano-structure. However no significant change was observed on surface morphology (Ra was 2-3nm for all the samples). Efficiency of the OPV device was also not changed. 2) Nano-structure of Ag layer by slow deposition: Nano-structured film with 20-30nm particle size of Ag was successfully fabricated by slow deposition method. However efficiency of an OPV device with the nano structure was lower than reference device. We supposed it was due to energy absorption of Ag film. 3) Isolated Ag nano particle layer: We succeeded in generating a layer made of isolated Ag nano particles by using a seed layer and annealing process. Efficiency improvement on longer wavelength (>650nm) was observed in an OPV device with the nano particle layer. Total efficiency was still lower or comparable to reference device.
