1. R & D of Floating PV Module. a) We manufactured the second trial product and put Field Test into effect. The weather resistance was good. It was improved more so that production and installation might be easy to do. The coating material of the surface was changed to the hard polyurethane resin for the purpose of making the weather resistance better. It's based on these, and we're massing produce floating bodies. b) Production of the sampler was completed about the terminal box, and Field Test was put into effect. Hi-voltage test and insulation resistance test was conducted in before and after Field Test, and it was confirmed that the results is good. Even the manufacturer puts the weather resistance test for 3000 hours into effect, the result was good too. 2. R & D of the mooring technique for Floating PV Module. a) Moorage equipment also put Field Test into effect according to Field Test of the second trial product. The result was good. 3. R & D of the ground fault detection system in the surface of the water. (Re-entrusted company: Fuji Electric Co., Ltd.) a) The data was measured in the field for presumption of earth fault resistance and water resistance. This data is used for tuning of the ground fault detection system. b) The ground fault detection system was completed. 4. The introduction of the PV system using Floating PV Module which we researched and developed. a) We planned to inspect and evaluate after installed of the PV system using Floating PV Module. But installation was behind schedule, so we couldn't inspect and evaluate. 5. Public relations of this project. a) The catalog of Floating PV Module was printed and it was distributed to some companies.
